COACHES

Chloe Dubinsky

Head Coach, Chloe Dubinsky brings a wealth of experience to the Sagebrush Elite program. Dubinsky's playing career began locally for Three Rivers Lacrosse Club, where she served as a Draw Specialist and Team Captain from 2012 to 2018. Dubinsky was recruited to Southern Virginia University where she continued to be a Draw Specialist. Dubinsky started in every game during her four year career, served as Team Captain from 2020-2022, and earned All-Conference honors her senior season. In addition to her impressive player career, Dubinsky served as a Draw Coach for Rockbridge County High School in 2022, and JV Head Coach/Varsity Assistant Coach for Rockbridge from 2023-2024. She is currently the Richland High School Varsity Head Coach. Dubinsky's resume highlights her passion for the game, but what drives her is "seeing players succeed with their teammates after working hard together. Those moments really highlight the beauty of the game of lacrosse."

Cassidy fansler

Assistant Coach, Cassidy Fansler is a great addition to this Summer's coaching squad! Fansler spent her high school career at Kamiakin where she earned awards for Sportsmanship and Leadership her 11th and 12th grade seasons. She played for Treasure State Lacrosse Club and Fusion Lacrosse Club in her Summers and Winters. Her success landed her on the Whitworth Univertsity Pirates' roster. Fansler is still currently playing for the Pirates. Having primarily coached Summer clinics and worked in individual coaching sessions, Fansler is excited to grow her coaching resume this season by translating her collegiate experience! When asked about her "why?", Fansler answered with, "I love lacrosse. I want to spread and grow the game as well as the love for it. I want others to come to love the sport as much as I do!"
